Fakenham Cricket Club has a thriving youth set up with 3 youth teams and run Kwik Cricket for the under 11s on Sunday mornings throughout the season.
These sessions are available for Girls and Boys from the age of 5.
All of our coaches have been CRB checked and have attended child protection and first aid courses. Fakenham Cricket Club take child protection issues very seriously and adhere to the ECB (England and Wales Cricket Board) “Safe Hands Policy” we have also appointed Rita Bushell as Child Protection Officer.

The aim of Kwik Cricket is basic skills and a gentle introduction to the game of cricket with emphasis on fun and enjoyment.
Hopefully our “Kwik Cricketers” will go on to play hardball cricket and develop their skills and play for our youth sides.. we have several players who have progressed to county level and some also play for our senior adult sides.
For Kwik Cricket no equipment is required...however when progressing on to hard ball cricket protective equipment must be used..see equipment guide.
